The air of the sky moves around it all
Constantly transforming and changing
Affected by all of Creation
In this gentle dance called day

Above it all the Creator looks on
Pleased at the beauty of His work
Yet still unsatisfied
For there is still more work to be done

Breaking Creating from it’s trance
With a voice as soft as a whisper
Though it’s pulse is felt throughout all Creation
With an energy that surges with no end

At the command of the Creator’s voice
The Earth’s landscape begins to change once more
It’s varying shades of brown
Disappearing beneath all the colors the Creator alone can imagine

Millions of plants spring forth
Each a different shape and size
Varying to in complexity
Vulnerable yet unthreatened

Some grow with heights
That seem to touch the sky
While others are so small
They go unnoticed by all Creation

Colors never seen before
Fill the landscape’s new hue
Constantly changing like the waves
Crashing into the land as the sea’s shore

Creation’s first blooms appear
Adding to the sea of color
And filling the air with perfume
That seems to give new life

Eventually the flowers fade
As all flowers do
But they leave behind an offspring
Encased in fruit at the Creator’s command

In time this fruit falls
Returning to the Earth
Allowing the child inside
To take to root in time

So under the eye of it’s Father
And under the mother-plant’s shade
The circle of life begins
As the creator declares this third day…”Good!”

All of Creation stands in awe
Of this new and strange feature
Forgetting but for a moment
The water which the Creator’s voice moved aside

As the thunderous sound of the Creator’s voice
Fades in the young pure air
A new sound takes its place
The Creation has never heard before

As loud as the Creator’s voice
But no where near as pure
The water slams into the land’s edge
Hugging it in a friendly embarce

Creation watches with wonder
As the Creator speaks once more
Pointing to the gathered up waters
And proclaiming its name as “Sea”

Creation’s second day comes to a close
And once again it’s entire appearance has changed
What was once ugly, dark, and void
Is now filled wiht beauty, light, and possibilities

As the day ends
And Creation grows still once more
Anticipation fills its soul
WIth expectations of the Creator’s plans for tomorrow’s new day

No matter the pain
No matter the cost
I will praise His name
And preach to the lost

I will see His victory
Though now I sit in defeat
For the time of His plan is perfect
Not privy to the whims of mortal man

They laugh at me
Spit on my face
Asking why my God would ever
Allow His child to endure this fate

I know the reason
I knew the cost
For through my suffering
His grace isn’t lost

His judgement will come
And one day they will see
My God hasn’t forgotten
He is coming soon to rescue me

And on that day
They’ll be the one’s that have lost
And this world they now control
Will pay the ultimate cost

The air moves quietly over the vast seas
Enjoying the space it’s been given to roam free
While excited with wonder about what is yet to be

The voice of thunder speaks once more
Causing the seas to part as the air watches from its sky
As a new place forms before its virtual eyes

It spreads out below looking to be strong
But itself much weaker than the forces around it
It’s shape constantly changing at the air and seas command

It’s color seems quite out of place
In Creation’s varying shades of blue
That has for so long filled all space

God looks upon this new thing
That’s invaded the seas at His command
With love and pleasure

Though we all see is work today is not finished
He smiles upon His work once more
Announcing to all Creation it’s name, “Land”

But the thunderous voice of God
Speaks through the airless space
Again creating something new
To fill this wondrous place

As His words the water
That not one had noticed until now
Begins to divide in two
As something unseen moves
To fill the void left behind

Wind beings to stir
As this invisible foce becomes restless
Caught up in the war line
Between the light of day and darkness of night

All creation watches in awe
As God pointed to the void
And its vast expanse
“This is Sky” He says
Smiling at His creations wonder
As the light moves across it’s face

Darkness’s power begins to take hold
Overpowering the strength of light
Changing the sky’s color from bright blue to deep black
With the changing of the guard
in this now balanced world

This new being
Formed simply by God’s words
Invades the domain of nothing
Destroying it’s home
With blinding power
Which God simply calls good

But the light’s energy was not stable
For it’s power is too great
When left without balance
So with hands so strong
Nothing can escape their grasp
God scooped up the shadows
Separating them from the light

The being now broken down
Formed into two warring energies
Labeled by God in strange ways
When the light was named ‘day’
And the darkness named ‘night’

With this act of order filled
On the universal plane
As the energies battle
Through evening and through morning
Bring chaos to rest by the end
Of time’s first day

The room was a wreck
The scene before him
Proving she was truly the one
Worthy of leading the fight

News had reached his camp
The destroyers had been cast down
The guardians stood their ground
And the intecessor was still praying to her Lord

She sings praises
Thankful he has brought her through
Praying for continued protection
For she knows there’s battle yet to come

He joins in her song
Singing out as he works
To fortify this new stronghold
For the battles yet to come

His anger boils over
His plan has been crushed
He must wash away her witness
Before it’s fire can begin to spread
